As part of a series of SME Coaching workshops to be delivered in the next four months by Mr. Constantin Salameh, Director and Executive Coach at Stanford Business School, ‘The Journey to Investment Readiness’ workshop took place on July 20, 2016 at Berytech BDD in the presence of a highly engaged audience of more than 40 entrepreneurs. The workshop covered the different stages that a startup or an SME needs to maintain in order so as to attract valuable external investments (debt or equity).

These phases include building a transformation plan, valuing the company, selecting the right investor, negotiating the relevant term sheet, and implementing sound corporate governance. The workshops are free of charge as part of the value-added services delivered by Berytech, Speed, and IM Capital, to Lebanese entrepreneurs in an effort to support Lebanese startups and SMEs in raising much needed equity and debt capital.
