SME Coaching: ‘Investment Management Fundamentals & Company Valuation’
As part of a series of SME Coaching workshops to be delivered in the next four months by Mr. Constantin Salameh, Director and Executive Coach at Stanford Business School, ‘Investment Management Fundamentals & Company Valuation’ workshop took place on July 18, 2016 at Berytech BDD in the presence of a highly engaged audience of more than 40 entrepreneurs. The workshop covered the different investment management tools including payback period, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), which are used by leaders of startups and SMEs.
Mr. Salameh then engaged the crowd in applying the tools to cover different valuation methodologies such as asset based valuation, discount cash flow valuation, among other methods. The workshops are free of charge as part of the value-added services delivered by Berytech, Speed, and IM Capital, to Lebanese entrepreneurs in an effort to support Lebanese startups and SMEs in raising much needed equity and debt capital.
