SME Coaching: ‘Developing & Selling Effective Transformation Plans’

As part of a series of SME Coaching workshops to be delivered in the next four months by Mr. Constantin Salameh, Director and Executive Coach at Stanford Business School, “Developing & Selling Effective Transformation Plans” workshop took place on June 29, 2016 at Berytech BDD in the presence of a highly engaged audience of more than 40 entrepreneurs. The workshop was based on the methodology developed by the Stanford Business School and implemented with thousands of startups and companies over the past years. It covered the different steps startups need to take to be ready for external funding (debt or equity), including building a business or transformation plan. 2016-06-29-PHOTO-00000311 Mr. Salameh went through the different sections of a transformation plan, sharing best and worst practices, and presenting to the audience templates to be used with external investors for better fund raising. The workshops are free of charge as part of the value-added services delivered by Berytech, Speed, and IM Capital, to Lebanese entrepreneurs in an effort to support Lebanese startups and SMEs in raising much needed equity and debt capital.
