As part of the Coaching Transformation Program delivered by Berytech to Saint-Joseph University (USJ) in Beirut, Dr. Nicolas Rouhana, General Manager of IM Capital delivered a workshop on the importance of Technical Assistance to SMEs and startups. He exposed the several programs developed by IM Capital, namely Seeders LWAF angel masterclass, Confideo mentorship, Stanford Seed Coaching and the new CxO-in-Residence programs.

The Transformation Program offers practical management training, networking opportunities, and, hands-on coaching to established startups and SMEs with high-growth potential and high social impact. The workshops will rely on case studies of existing start-ups and SMEs that are addressing their transformation challenges. The participants are a selection of the USJ teachers, startups and SMEs, and the aim is to create a growing community of experienced and competent coaches/advisors within the Lebanese entrepreneurial ecosystem that will assist leaders of scalable start-ups and SMEs to transform their companies and generate a positive social impact.
