The 7^th CSR LEBANON FORUM aims at raising awareness about CSR in Lebanon, and has planted the seeds of the CSR and Sustainability culture in Lebanon, and has notably achieved many accomplishments. For this 7^th edition, entitled “What is the Purpose of Business” was held on Thursday October 26, 2017 at Phoenicia Hotel- Beirut, Dr. Nicolas Rouhana was a guest speaker in one of our main session titled: “How Digitalization Drives Sustainability and Social Impact" where he discussed in Sustainability and social impact of early stage investments, and how companies can contribute to peace through entrepreneurship. Other speakers for this session were also Mr. Hani Raad (GM of Cisco), Mrs. Zahra Bissat (GM of Eduware) and Dr. Oussama Ziade (GM, Intelligile). Over 700 participants attended from the private and public sectors, businessmen associations, social entrepreneurs, start-ups, NGOs, civil society and 12 universities from Lebanon and the Arab region.
