Audrey Nakad, Co-founder and CEO of Synkers welcomes you to the new era of learning; Online Tutoring.

While both sisters were completing their studies abroad in 2015, Sibylle, had the challenge to find a qualified tutor to help her with her study materials while being a tutor Audrey struggled to find potential students. This is where it all started.

They worked on developing a mobile app that connects learners to highly qualified tutors on the spot, solving a major pain point for parents. The idea was highly welcomed from the Seeders – LWAF 2018 angel group managed by IM Capital, thus they decided to invest $200K.

Since 2016, Synkers has acquired more than 70,000 students, over 1,000 vetted tutors and 90,000 tutoring sessions and has partnered with renowned academic institutions.

In March 2020, given the COVID-19 outbreak, marked Synkers turning point by launching their online tutoring platform enabling students continue their studies in the safety and comfort of their homes.
