HEC Paris organized the HEC Women & Leadership Conference: Focus on Middle East, an event in collaboration with HEC Au féminin and with the support of the Lebanon, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia Chapters, on Tuesday, May 25^th, 2021.

Carine Assouad, Executive Advisor & Portfolio Operations at IM Capital, was invited to speak and join the panel at the HEC Women & Leadership Conference: Focus on Middle East.

The event highlighted and focused on the Female Leadership in the workplace. Leaders and Guest Speakers shared their story and their vision of the Middle East gender balance moving forward.
