Berdawni Water, a leading Lebanese producer of natural mineral water, has taken a significant step toward sustainability by installing a 600 kWp solar photovoltaic (PV) system, along with 3,440 kWh of battery storage, at its facility in Kaa El Rim, Bekaa. This initiative aligns with the company's ongoing efforts to reduce its environmental footprint and promote renewable energy usage in its operations.

Established in 2004, Berdawni Water is known for bottling water sourced from underground springs in the Sannine Mountains, rich in essential minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and iron. The company was also the first in Lebanon to implement a certified Quality and Food Safety Management System, earning ISO22000:2005 certification.

By investing in solar power, Berdawni Water is not only cutting energy costs but also reinforcing its commitment to sustainable practices. As more businesses in Lebanon adopt renewable energy, Berdawni Water is helping lead the way toward a greener future in the bottled water and beverage sector, both in the Bekaa region and across the country.
