Borhan Kreitem

Borhan has accumulated over 30 years of hands-on experience in various fields of the manufacturing industry, the sector of SMEs, and the Oil & Gas industry, where he established and managed a successful operation in Qatar.
He was the CEO of Specialized International Services (SIS), a private entity owned by an elite member of the ruling family of Qatar. Since its inception, Borhan has been instrumental in setting the core foundation of SIS while building a diverse corporate profile for the company that led to its leading regional role in the areas of construction, technology, specialized services, and communications. He is currently he is offering consulting services to the public, private and civil society entities in Lebanon and the MENA region. Borhan’s in-depth knowledge and understanding of diverse social and economic requirements has allowed him to serve as an independent International Consultant with The World Bank, the European Commission, and several United Nations organizations and Development agencies. His footprint spans over a dozen countries in the Middle East, North Africa and the Arab gulf. He serves on the Board of Bouygues Qatar, Hitachi Doha, and several other Qatari companies.
Borhan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut, a Postgraduate Degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston University in Birmingham and a Master's degree in Technology & Development and a Diploma of Membership of Imperial College (Development Economics) from Imperial College (London)
