IM Capital Attending LLWB North Annual Event
On Tuesday the 30th of January 2018, the Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB) organized their North Annual Event that took place at the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Tripoli & North Lebanon. Mrs. Asmahan Habib Zein, LLWB President opened the event and presented CCIAT President, Mr. Toufik Dabboussi, and five speakers for the panel discussion entitled ‘meeting the Lebanese ecosystem’: Mrs. Corine Kiame representing IM Capital, Mrs. Najwa Sahmarani from TEC - Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club, Mr. Haitham Saab from Rural Entrepreneurs, Mr. Samer Azar from AltCity and Mr.Bassel Aoun from iSME Programme at Kafalat. Mrs. Kiame highlighted all efforts IM Capital has been doing to empower women within the Lebanese ecosystem. In fact, she described the partnership between LLWB and the Lebanese Women Angel Fund-LWAF, a program managed by IM Capital aiming to refine the role of women in business by empowering them to become seed investors and funding women entrepreneurs.
