MIT VMS hosted on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, a new Users Group community Idea Exchange series that focused on a sharing of experiences, best practices, and ideas among their sister programs’ leadership.

The sessions were structured around specific topics and in this first meeting they focused on the issues of Mentor Engagement in Times of COVID and Mentor Pool Diversity.

To enhance the conversation, three sister programs were invited to be part of the panel and provide initial insights on each topic.

Nicolas Rouhana, General Manager of IM Capital, joined the event as a guest speaker to provide insights on Confideo Venture Mentoring (Confideo VM) – a program managed by IM Capital and sister program to MIT VMS, while sharing best practices and ideas.

The panelists’ interventions were followed by open discussions with all participants.
