As part of a series of SME Coaching workshops to be delivered in the next four months by Mr. Constantin Salameh, Director and Executive Coach at Stanford Business School, ‘Human Capital Management & Building High-Performing Teams’ workshop took place on July 22, 2016 at Berytech BDD in the presence of a highly engaged audience of more than 40 entrepreneurs. The workshop covered the different dimensions for effective human capital management including organization design, job description, hiring and retaining top talents, building an effective performance management framework, as well as developing appropriate balance score cards with related compensation and benefit schemes.

The workshops are free of charge as part of the value-added services delivered by Berytech, Speed, and IM Capital, to Lebanese entrepreneurs in an effort to support Lebanese startups and SMEs in raising much needed equity and debt capital.
